The future of Comec as part of DromontGroup is now a solid reality
Yesterday, July 17 2013, Comec Srl, a Dromont affiliate specialized in the field of milling and dispersing machinery for paints, has won the auction that allows the final acquisition of the business unit.
The success of this important corporate transaction can be defined as the natural consequence of the Agreement that exactly one year ago has allowed Comec Srl to take over the business, preserving previous jobs while restarting the production of a historic company, established 1970 in Canossa, near Bologna.
Today Comec has several reasons for which to celebrate, the consolidation of jobs, the corporate reorganization as well as the new business strategy. The brand Comec is also reaffirming both domestically and internationally, thanks to the leadership of its mother company Dromont Spa, a major player in production and engineering of tinting machinery, industrial plants and high technology factory systems.
